Terms of Service

1. Parties This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between RestoCor (the “Platform”) and the natural or legal person who registers with the Platform (the “User”). Any person who registers with or uses the Platform declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement. 2. Scope of the Service RestoCor is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables restaurants to create digital menus, publish QR menus, manage their restaurants, and benefit from other digital services offered through the Platform. The Platform may add new features, modify existing features, or discontinue certain features over time. 3. Membership The User agrees to: Provide accurate and up-to-date information, Maintain the security of their account, Not share their password with third parties, Be responsible for all activities carried out through their account. 4. Rules of Use The User agrees not to: Use the Platform for unlawful purposes, Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, Engage in activities that may compromise the security of the system, Upload or distribute malicious software, Attempt to analyze the service through reverse engineering, Carry out any activity that may disrupt or prevent the Platform from operating. 5. Responsibility for Content All content uploaded to the system by the restaurant, including: Menu content, Product descriptions, Prices, Images, Videos, Use of trademarks and logos, is entirely the responsibility of the relevant User. RestoCor does not guarantee the accuracy of such content. 6. Intellectual Property The Platform’s: Software, Design, Logos, Interfaces, Source code, Documentation, are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. The User may not copy, reproduce, or use any of these materials for commercial purposes without authorization. 7. Fees and Subscriptions For paid plans, subscription fees are charged in accordance with the selected plan. Fees may be changed. Users will be notified within a reasonable period before any changes take effect. Unless cancelled, subscriptions may renew in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. 8. Suspension of Service An account may be suspended or terminated in the following circumstances: Breach of this Agreement, Unlawful use, Provision of false information, Misuse of the system, Failure to fulfil payment obligations. 9. Limitation of Liability RestoCor aims to provide the service with the highest possible level of availability. However, RestoCor does not guarantee: Uninterrupted operation, Error-free service, That data loss will never occur. Except where otherwise required by law, RestoCor shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages. 10. Account Deletion The User may close their account at any time. The necessary deletion procedures will be carried out, except for data that must be retained due to legal obligations. 11. Amendments RestoCor may amend this Agreement from time to time. The updated version shall become effective on the date it is published on the Platform. 12. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement. 13.
